How to cancel a subscription.

1. 1. Log into your account via https://portal.homeapphub.com/.
      If you need to reset your password see the wiki page, How to reset your forgotten password.
   2. Select the Product Name under your active subscription list.
   3. Select the Cancel Subscription button.
   4. Enter a reason for cancelling your subscription. This will help us to improve the application and any feedback is greatly appreciated.
   5. Select Cancel this subscription. Cancelling your subscription will end the subscription immediately. You will be refunded your monthly payment minus any time spent.
   6. You will be returned to the Subscriptions and you can log out of the system. Your details will be removed from our system shortly after.
